In what format should I send the drawing when placing an order?
To ensure your parts are priced and manufactured as accurately and quickly as possible, you can share STEP, IGES, SolidWorks (.sldprt) or dimensioned PDF technical drawing formats with us.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Depending on the nature of your project, we offer flexible solutions for both prototyping (single/low-volume) and mass production requirements. For more details, you can request a quote by sharing your technical specifications with us.
Are returns or exchanges accepted for custom-made items?
Since all our products are custom-made for each individual or company according to the technical drawings and dimensional tolerances pre-approved by our customers, there is no right of withdrawal or return as there would be with standard products. However, if the products do not comply with the technical specifications, a quality control inspection will be conducted, and the necessary correction or re-production process will be initiated.
What is the delivery time?
The lead time varies depending on the geometric complexity of the part to be produced, the raw material procurement time, and the order quantity. A clear delivery date (lead time) is shared with you at the quotation stage.
